More guild disbands

Several prominent guilds have disbanded lately, among them are Ruthless Faction, Sixty Nine and Storm. It seems that the breaking point has been reached and many guilds are folding, most of the remaining guilds are still recruiting members and seem to be opening up new positions daily.

The raiding population is in a steady decline and the trend doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon. 2.1 cant come soon enough.
