PTR shut down September 20th
The PTRs will be taken offline today September 20th at 11:00 AM Pacific Time, this will conclude our public testing for 2.2.

AFK Debuff changes
There were some minor changes recently to the functionality on the Test realm. The countdown is now listed as 60 seconds until the debuff and players need to get into PvP combat not just combat. Source.
