Sunwell Plateau

Let me first warn you that the following contains some spoilers concerning the Sunwell storyline.


According to BlizzPlanet the storyline of the Sunwell Plateau runs deep in Warcraft Lore and is preceeded by the Warcraft: Manga story which was published in 2005 long before the expansion: The Burning Crusade.

From BlizzPlanet we learn that a mysterious figure named Borel is the agent of the rebuilding of the Sunwell Plateau (exactly who Borel is, beyond that he is a well-known warcraft character going by a different name isn't elaborated). Further we learn that Anveena is the very essence of the Sunwell made flesh and blood.

Both Anveena and the other character, the dragon Kalecgos, currently resides on the Sunwell Plateau and it has long since been stated that the final encounter at Sunwell is Kil'jaeden himself. What other terrible events follows from there time will surely tell us - but as BlizzPlanet speculates, it will lead us to Northrend and the second World of Warcraft Expansion: Wrath of the Lich King - very possibly on behalf of the Dalaran mage organization Kirin Tor.

Enchantments on AH

Blizzard French CM Thyvene confirmed on the Aug 17 that developers are looking into the possibility of making enchantments sellable on the Auction House. This was posted on the French community forums. This will not happen before Wrath of the Lich King expansion though. Read the thread here: LINK
