Endgame is a social raiding guild. Our mission is to see all the end game content and to enjoy the company of those around us while doing so. Our membership is comprised of professionals who often times juggle work, family, friends and Warcraft. We do not feel however that these factors should hinder us from seeing as much of the game as possible. All that’s required is commitment to a goal and teamwork to achieve it. We have both in spades here. And we are looking for other mature dedicated, like-minded individuals to help fill our raider ranks that are active players and are serious about raiding to help us get there.
What are we looking for? Firstly, we recruit players, not armory links. Three things are needed to be an effective raider: attitude, skill, and gear. Of the three, the first is the most important, the last the least. With the right attitude you can obtain the other two. Skill can be taught, gear can be gained, but attitude; that is entirely an internal thing. Attitude is being open minded, dedicated, giving 100% effort every pull, and thinking guild-first and raid-first.
