PvE is not hard... sometimes, there is fire, stay away from the fire!
Have you ever been sick of those people who do 400 DPS without any good reason? Or those idiots who just cannot WALK into the water while fighting Lurker Below and end up being one shotted by his "Lazer beam pewpew" Spout? Or maybe those people who don't even know what hit rating means?
Well... if you grew tired of those kinds of half-arsed people, I suggest you to look into joining Anger Management! (try to guess why we are called like that...)
INTRODUCTION:
The term Anger management commonly refers to a system of psychological therapeutic techniques and exercises by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce the triggers, degrees, and effects of an angered emotional state.
Typical anger management techniques are the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means of relaxation. Other interventions include learning empathy, stress management skills, forgiveness, changing how you speak about yourself or others and improving optimism. As the issue of anger varies from person to person, the treatments are designed to be personal to the individual.

+ Anger Management is a hardcore Raiding Guild, not by our raiding times, but the effort invested in Raiding itself! We are raiding 25-man instances only 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday from 19:00 to 23.00) while 10-man instances are done on off days!
+ We are striving for a very small community made of 3-4 people from the same class/talent specialization Field, mainly because we always want to raid with same people!
+ From time to time, when we can't raid during a normal raiding run (because few people have to do something In real life), we might organize a raid in one of the later days to cover up for the loss, so people are expected to be flexible!
+ All of our members are expected to be fully prepared for anything that we have planned on raiding nights, meaning that our Raid Leader won't have to waste time by explaining Boss abilities to the raid.
+ All of the members are expected to be at the highest level of efficiency allowed by their gear, thus having all consumables ready to use.
+ All of the members are expected to devote full raiding times to raiding (no random AFK-s, unless RL says so)!

Our Looting system is EPGP (Effort points / Gear Points), we find it to be the best and most efficient way of distributing loot, there are no other priorities like in many other guilds! Sometimes, a whole Raid will be awarded with additional EP if the raid leader thinks that they have done everything correctly.. however there will be no penalties or prizes for individual members.
We are trying to enforce something very significant: TEAM PLAY

As Anger Management was created on the 19th of July 2008, we are currently recruiting all classes and most Hybrid speccs, however We do ask of you not to make an application if you haven't read our " About AM" and "Requirements and Notes" Topics and if you don't agree with what is written there; please don't abuse us or spam us!
In the end, We hope We will see many Applications from people that care about doing their best, people that are improving all the time and people who enjoy team playing..
