We started out on the old server Deathwing(later during a free migration we moved to Tarren Mill due to lag issues), four months after World of warcraft was launched. Back then we were playing on alliance side, and had great ambitions. We quickly established ourselves as a top PvE guild, and had great succes, killed 9 bosses in nax, and clearing everything else. When TBC was launched the great succes we had pre TBC resulted in some members having to high expectations for our raiding. Even though we farmed Karaz with two teams, and grull and magtheridon we hit a wall in SSC, where people didnt manage to prepare and focus enough. We got Hydross down, but it took quite some time, and me an the old officers really didnt want to raid hardcore. After the slow progress in SSC some of the hardcore members decided to /gquit one night without a word(yes im a bit bitter :D). After this a group of players that had been with the guild from the beginning(Aka more than two years) decided to reroll horde on Shadowmoon, and formed the guild Fury. We quickly realised that Shadowmoon was a bad choice since it was filled with russians that didnt want to speak/write in english. So the free migration was a message from god(what ever god you belive in) for us. After we migrated here we decided to take up our old name The Noble Europeans, since we have a website and everything for that name, just needed to convert it to Horde. |
