nerf progress

So the patch has hit us and most things have become insanely easy to kill. many ppl say that kills after this patch doesnt count anymore and it may be so. but anyways the server has progressed in a matter of killing new bosses these last days. we have 3 guilds that have now downed felmyst and are going for the Eredar twins and we have other guilds who have finaly cleared BT or started their journey into the sunwell plateau. Its very nice to see the server is coming alive again after some downtime on the news front.

EDIT: so today another boss bites the dust from 2 guilds on agamaggan. Eredar twins is first killed by Nal Ra then shortly after by TNE. GZ to both

Things have become considerably more easy now patch 3.0x has gone Live. A lot of people vurse this saying it has taken away all the challenge. In a way this is true as we (Nal Ra) managed to kill a new boss in SWP about every night (Felmyst, Eredar Twins, M'uru).
We even managed to get Kil'Jaeden down to 38%. But enough unintended bragging.

I for one don't mind the Nerf. It has allowed us / me to experience all that TBC has to offer raid-wise, before venturing into WOTLK / Northrend and i'm happy with that. Downing Kil'Jaeden would be icing on the cake, but at least i for one have seen it all know :-). After all this patch was intended as a bridge to the newer content.

WTB [edit] button to correct annoying typos. That, or learn to re-read my post before submitting it. An [edit] button sounds easier :-)

I agree 100% Faeth. It is nice to be able to have seen it all before the expansion. Everyone that sais it is easy killing these bosses is wrong. They are indeed nerfed to hell, but without the proper execution u will still fail so there is still a challenge left. I feel this patch has somehow blown new life into agga cause before it seemed to be quite dead but now there actually is something to look forward to.

indeed i agree with the both of you, the name nerf progress of the post was when i thought about how nerfing the instances made progress. ofc many (and i hear this daily) say it isnt progress and bla bla bla. it still is progress and its good that more guilds get to see the rest of TBC Instances just for the fun of it. its not like we're gona need the gear anyways as its gona be replaced soon. but to just see the content and see the encounters. thats whats great about it=)
